Treatment times vary from person to person. I aim to help clients achieve results in the shortest time possible, while being guided by each client’s experience and response. On average, sessions can range from 4-6 for clients to achieve beneficial changes for them.

A hypnotic trance is similar to the state you feel when meditating or daydreaming; a deep state of relaxation.

While in a lovely daydream-like state of hypnosis, you will always be in control, able to open your eyes or stop at any time you want to. At Mind Body Mind, I provide a caring and friendly environment for you to explore your symptoms.

Online sessions are just as effective as face-to-face sessions, allowing you to be in a safe and comfortable space.

Ensure to have a laptop, computer or tablet that can be propped up and with a webcam and microphone (built in). This is to ensure we can see and hear each other throughout our sessions.

There is no perfect setting, however please try to ensure the room you choose has minimal disturbance from other household members and pets. This also includes your phone and any notifications on your device.

Lastly, a comfortable place to sit down with support to your neck and shoulders to allow you to be fully relaxed.

Should we lose connection, your subconscious will invite you back to full wakefulness and I will contact you via phone, text or email to reconnect. Hypnosis is an extremely safe treatment and you will remain in control at all times.
